General Work Description: This project will consist of the re-roofing of the Inyo County Courthouse Annex Building and the optional installation an elastomeric coating on the Courthouse Administration building.

General Work Description: This project will consist of the upgrade and installation of electrical components including but not be limited to: service equipment, sub-panels, pull boxes, underground conduits and conductors; miscellaneous exposed and concealed, building interior raceways and conductors; convenience outlets, arc fault signage, etc., in the Independence Historical Courthouse and Annex Building, located in Independence, California; and the Bishop Library and County Services Building, located in Bishop, California. The electrical upgrade of these facilities is more particularly described in the Plans and Project Special Provisions. All of the work shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
